EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
President: overall organization of the Club; represents the Club at other meetings
Vice-President: assist or take place of the President; semi-annual newsletter; prepares the annual budget in conjunction with the Treasurer.
Secretary: maintains a record of club minutes of meetings and correspondence.
Treasurer: accounting for the revenues and expenses of the Club.
Trails Co-ordinator: manages the routes and statistics for all club walks and Year Round Events. (Chairs a Trail Committee that assists the Trails Co-ordinator)
Membership Coordinator - maintains a database of all club members (including email listserve) and mails hard copies of information to members on a regular basis.
Publicity Director: works with local media to promote Club events and membership.
Castor Committee (The Chair is exoficio member of Club Executive): Is a committee of the Executive which assist in the organization of club social activities.
Marketing Coordinator: is responsible for the club's Marketing plan.
