All items highlighted in yellow or in grey if not printed in colour in this copy of the Ottawa Voyageurs Walking Club (OVO) Constitution and By-laws, are the proposed amendments for approval by our membership: some are simple corrections regarding misspelling, others are grammatical changes or for clarification, but the major changes are clarification of "Duties and Responsibilities of the Executive Committee and Club Officers" section, in order to reflect the 2021 structure, function and operation procedures and processes that govern the operation of the our Club to be amended on 24 April 2021 at the Annual General Meeting.
