This year, our trip will first bring us to Upstate New York and then back to Ontario i.e. Kingston, Belleville, Napanee and Brockville. A Canadian passport (valid for at least six months) or any other accepted document is required for border crossing in the USA.

The best price negotiated to date for the rooms at Days Inn is as follows:
- Single occupation: $89 plus taxes
- Double occupation: $80 plus taxes
- Triple occupation: $89 plus taxes
- Quadruple occupation: $89 plus taxes
Note 1: Denny’s American Breakfast included for up to 2 people. Breakfast includes two scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast, coffee or tea. No deviation possible for the free breakfast. You can always order your own breakfast at your cost.

Hotel Cancellation/Annulation d’hôtel :
1. Individual/Individuelle: no charge if done 48 hours before arrival/sans pénalité si faite 48 heures avant l’arrivée
2. Group/Groupe: no charge from room release date /aucune charge à partir de la date de libération des chambres
We ask each person to make a non-refundable reservation deposit of $50. We will let to you know on March 25, 2012 the amount of the balance due, which will have to be paid by April 22, 2012.
If there is a cancellation after this date, the transportation portion of the bus trip will not be refunded, unless somebody takes your place.
